- Start by setting an attainable goal for yourself when you register with the 2009 FIT Challenge free of charge.
- Take a picture of yourself (your BEFORE photo) with a digital camera or cell phone—you can write today’s date and your FIT Challenge goal on a piece of paper and hold it up in the photo—and upload it to your computer.
- Log in to your www.befitdolife.com account and create your first “Journal Entry” and be sure to upload the photo you took in the “Progress Photo” box using the Browse button to find the photo file on your computer and the Upload button to upload it to your Journal Entry.
- Pick the Agel Personal Fitness PlanTM that is right for you and begin working it. Each of the more than 40 programs has been designed exclusively for you by our new Agel Personal Fitness Trainer, Mr. Cory Gregory, in consultation with our licensed dietician Laura Burdick, RD, LD. Each plan features the remarkable properties of Agel Gel Supplements, recommended diet targets, and specific exercises. Be sure to bookmark your selected plan for future reference.
- Make regular journal entries to your www.befitdolife.com account. Keep track of how you are doing. Upload new pictures of yourself periodically to help you track changes in the way you look and feel—this is highly motivating!! And helps us pick our winners, too. Please rest assured all images uploaded in your Journal Entries will only be viewable by you and the site administrator—we will secure your permission before sharing images of your progress with anyone else.
- Take part in the monthly Product and FIT Challenge conference calls (the first Wednesday of every month at 10pm Eastern Standard Time) and read up on your fellow Team Members in the monthly FIT Challenge email newsletters.
